Seva Helps Launch New Alliance to End Poverty
An international compaign to empower women and end global poverty was launched at the Women, Faith and Development Summit, setting in motion one of the most far-reaching anti-poverty coalitions in history.
Co-chairs for the Washington, D.C. event included former U.S. Secretary of State Madeline Albright and Archbishop Desmond Tutu, among others.
