Make an IRA Gift by December 31 – Reduce your Taxable Income for the Calendar Year: You don't report this as income so there is no tax. Also, your gift goes towards all or part of your required minimum distribution (RMD). You benefit even if you do not itemize your tax deductions.

Individuals who are 70 1/2 or older.

Your gift must come directly from your IRA – either Roth or Traditional. This opportunity does not apply to other retirement plans.

How do I make an IRA Charitable Rollover?
Use this free resource or simply contact your IRA provider to make your gift to Seva directly. You may need to provide them with our Tax ID number which is 38-2231279. Please make sure to contact Seva Foundation once you make your gift through your IRA provider, as some do not list the donor's name along with the check.
