Program Officer, Latin America & the Caribbean: The Program Officer, LAC plays a vital role within the Program Operations Team and oversees an expanding portfolio of programs in Latin American and the Caribbean. Seva is currently supporting partners in: Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Paraguay. Based remotely, the Program Officer works under the supervision of the Chief Program Officer. The Program Officer, LAC is responsible for coordinating and providing support to the implementation of Seva's programming in the LAC region. He/she is responsible for managing the programs, preparing donor reports and communication, documenting the learning from Seva's work in the region, as well as representing Seva at key coordination meetings. The officer will have regular travel to partner hospitals across the region. Learn more.

Monitoring & Data Consultant: Seva seeks a candidate with data management experience and public health understanding to make a difference in how hospitals in Seva's network can more effectively provide quality eye care services. The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute meaningfully to Seva's mission to end avoidable blindness while developing valuable skills in data management and business intelligence. Gift Entry Holiday Fundraising Position: This position supports our Gifts of Sight season which requires significant support during the holiday season. This position cannot offer vacation time/days off during the GOS season. The office is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. This position will work in a mission-critical role to ensure that Seva’s program successfully reaches its fundraising goals during the height of the fundraising season. This is a donor-facing role that would be an excellent entry point into fundraising on a dynamic team. Learn more.

Country Program Director in Phnom Penh, Cambodia: This is a leadership role with direct supervision of 4 full-time staff based in Cambodia along with direct supervision of field workers through program coordinator. The role provides overall strategic direction to the country program with a focus on quality, efficiency and dignity impact. The role is tasked with the implementation of all program efforts, including the quality of program work, identification of new initiatives, day-to-day management of program activities, building and maintaining partnerships, and evidencing our work. With the support of the country team, the role oversees implementation, partner relations, fund utilization, new initiatives and measurement of impact implemented through a responsive process of planning, executing, and assessing guides the program implementation work.
