CRM Advisory Consultant: Seva’s Programs Department is seeking a customer relationship management (CRM) solution to manage our work and partnerships with 100+ hospitals globally. Seva’s Programs Department, which includes 10 global employees, is responsible for the implementation of all program efforts, including the quality of programming, identification of new initiatives, day-to-day management of program activities, building and maintaining partnerships, and evidencing our work. Day-to-day management includes but is not limited to: grants management (contracts and payments), tracking partner deliverables and reporting, and communications with partners and contractors. The Department is currently tracking this information manually across several siloed spreadsheets. Program Officer, American Indian Sight Initiative: The Program Officer plays a vital role within the Program Implementation Team that supervises an expanding portfolio of programs working with Native Nations. Based in the United States, the Program Officer works under the supervision of the Program Director. The Program Officer represents and grows Seva Foundation’s AISI program. The position ensures ongoing communication and expansion of Seva’s partnerships. The Program Officer is responsible for preparing donor reports and communication, documenting the learning of GSI in the region, as well as representing Seva at key coordination meetings. Financial Sustainability Curriculum Design Consultant: Seva seeks an individual to develop a workshop curriculum focused on hospital, specifically eye hospital, sustainability. The curriculum will build off of a developed outline and other resources and material. This course covers key aspects of sustainability planning to update pricing, reduce costs, increase surgical volume and improve efficiency, and optimize optical shop services for financial resilience. Participants will apply the principles they learn in real time over the course of the workshop.
