Dr. Marty Spencer

Dr. Marty Spencer recently received the prestigious Governor General's Medal for Volunteers Award from the Canadian Government. This award recognizes Dr. Spencer's commitment and service to prevent blindness and restore sight around the world. He has contributed many valuable years of work as a volunteer ophthalmologist and Board Member to both Seva and Seva Canada (our sister organization).
